    ARTS & CRAFTS APPLICATION
The Historic Granbury Merchants Association Festival Committee is pleased to invite you to apply for booth space at the HARVEST MOON Celebration.
Over 7,000 people annually enjoy this 2-day outdoor festival on the Historic Downtown Square in Granbury, Texas.  Our historic setting, community support and attendance
all enhance exposure of the artists’ work, sales and demonstrations. Due to our Courthouse renovation this year we may have to put some of our vendors
on the streets around the square (Bridge and Crockett).  We will not be able to guarantee space numbers until we get closer to the date of the festival.

    RULES AND REGULATIONS
1.      All accepted Exhibitors will be notified by mail.  Please send your completed application and four (4) color photos of your art/craft.
Three (3) photos must be of individual pieces representative of the body of work that will be exhibited or sold.  The fourth is a booth photo representative of how the
product is displayed.  Since the committee cannot see or touch your work, photo quality is essential and should provide as much detail as possible.  The best photo is full
framed and shows the artist’s single work and is well lit and well represented.  The work exhibited must be consistent with the photos submitted.
Photos will not be returned and become the property of the Historic Granbury Merchants Association.
2. If you would like to be a demonstrator, please describe on a separate sheet of paper what you will be demonstrating, the media in which you work,
and the techniques you use.  All demonstrators will provide their own booth and can not charge a fee for their demonstration.
3. HGMA reserves the right and responsibility of enforcing all regulations.  This is not limited to refusal of any work that is exhibited or sold that is not
consistent with photos submitted and accepted.  Your photos will be reviewed by a committee.  Novelties, prints (unless sold by the artist and designated as a print)
or any merchandise purchased at Market that has not been hand-embellished is not acceptable. Failure to comply will result in exhibitor’s removal from the
show and exhibitor’s right to exhibit in future shows.
4. Exhibitors are responsible for proper insurance and protection of work and set-up. HGMA, it’s respective officers, agents, and employees,
City of Granbury, and Hood County will not be responsible for damage to work or set-up due to weather or unrelated incidents.
Exhibitor also acknowledges that in case of rain, severe, weather, or any other act of God, there will be no reimbursement of booth fees or any other monies submitted to HGMA.
5. Upon arrival for set up, you will have thirty to forty five minutes to unload your vehicle on the square and then you must remove it,
